Privacy policy

I. Personal information

We may collect, store and use the following types of personal information (PII):

  • Information related to billing and ordering, including your full name, address, email address, payment identifiers and one-way hashed passwords
  • Information about your network connection and devices used to access our services, including your IP address and the browser user-agent.
  • Any other information that you provide to use

We may use your personal information for the following purposes:

  • To supply your ordered services
  • To send you transactional email information
  • For invoicing and billing
  • To verify compliance with the Terms of Service

Payment data is handled by Stripe, whose Data Processing Agreement can be found here: https://stripe.com/legal/dpa

We need to hand over your billing data to Stripe in order to realize the transaction within the card network.

Billing data is handled by Fakturoid, whose Data Processing Agreement can be found here: https://www.fakturoid.cz/zpracovatelska-smlouva

We need to hand over your billing data to Fakturoid to ensure tax compliance and to generate invoices.

Should your personal information we hold change (e.g. your billing address changes), you need to inform us of this event.

You may request an archive of your personal information we store.

In case of a data breach we will contact all affected clients within 72 hours of becoming aware of the data breach. This rule does not include data breaches caused by the client due to weak account passwords.

II. Do Not Track policy

We currently do not handle DNT (Do Not Track) signal.

III. Security

We store your personal information on secure servers in the European Union. All communication between your computer and our billing website is done over an end-to-end encrypted connection. We take reasonable precautions to prevent abuse or loss of your personal information.

IV. Disclosure

We may disclose your personal information to our employees, suppliers or contractors on a need-to-know basis. Additionally, we may disclose your personal information in any of these cases:
